How Does It Work

A customer is calling you on your fixed line, at the same time, both the fixed line and the mobile start ringing. It is up to you to decide, which phone you are going to use to answer the call - if you are in the office, you will pick up the fixed line, if you are out of the office, you will answer the mobile. After answering the call on either of the phones, the other one stops ringing. When answering the call, your mobile phone becomes a fixed line and you can enjoy all the flexibility a swithchboard has to offer. The caller will not notice any change, in fact they cannot tell wether you are sitting at your desk or not.
